Do I need to bring my own supplies?
Yes. The center operates just like a hospital, anything that you would regularly supply for your cases there, you will need to provide here.

How does billing work?
Just like in the hospital setting, GPSC will bill the facility fee, anesthesia will bill for their services, and you will bill your professional fee.

Do you accept Oregon Health Plan?
We are currently contracted with CareOregon and Family Care for dental procedures.  We maintain an excellent relationship with them and are willing to enter into negotiations for any/all medical procedures which may be performed at the center.

Do you accept private pay patients?
Yes, we accept private pay and fee-for-service patients.

What staffing support do you provide?
Our center has ACLS and PALS trained OR and PACU nurses who are available to assist.  If you have a surgical tech or assistant, you are encouraged to bring them with you.  Our reception and scheduling staff will help to coordinate patient scheduling, check in patients, and ensure that all appropriate forms are completed.

Is the facility licensed and accredited?
Yes, GPSC is licensed with the State of Oregon, and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), one of the largest ASC accreditation bodies in America.

Are there credentialing requirements?
Yes. You will need to provide the Oregon Practitioner Credentialing Application form and we will complete primary source verification along with background checks for any accompanying staff members.
